Appointment windows are estimates and subject to change due to traffic, emergencies, or other factors. We will make reasonable efforts to inform you of significant delays.

Unless otherwise stated, all prices will be presented to you before work begins and must be approved by you or an authorized representative at the property. Payment terms, accepted payment methods, deposits, and any applicable financing options will be communicated at the time of service.

You agree to pay all charges incurred by you or on your behalf through the Services, at the prices in effect when such charges are incurred, including any applicable taxes or fees.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

• ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00).

SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES OR THE EXCLUSION OR LIMITATION OF CERTAIN DAMAGES. IF THESE LAWS APPLY TO YOU, SOME OR ALL OF THE ABOVE DISCLAIMERS OR LIMITATIONS MAY NOT APPLY, AND YOU MAY HAVE ADDITIONAL RIGHTS.
