Any estimates, quotes, or pricing information provided on this website are generalizations for informational purposes only. Binding quotes can only be provided by the independent plumbing contractor after an on-site inspection.

3. Acceptable Use

• To misrepresent your identity or affiliation with any person or entity;
• To submit false, misleading, or fraudulent service requests or information;

4. Referral Status & Contractor Payments

Plumber for Phoenix is a free referral directory and matching service. We do not perform plumbing work and we are not a licensed contractor. By scheduling an appointment through our website or by phone, you authorize us to share your information with an independent, locally licensed plumbing contractor who will contact you and dispatch a technician to your service address.

Any work performed, estimates provided, or contracts signed are strictly between you and the independent plumbing contractor. The independent contractor will provide you with their payment terms, accepted payment methods, and any applicable warranties prior to beginning work.

Because we are a free referral service, Plumber for Phoenix does not collect payment for any plumbing services. Any disputes regarding billing, workmanship, or property damage must be handled directly with the independent contractor who performed the work.

5. Intellectual Property

The Services and all content, features, and functionality (including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, and software) are owned by the Company or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may use the Services and content for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, or republish any material from the Services without our prior written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, IN NO EVENT WILL THE COMPANY, ITS OWNERS, EMPLOYEES, OR AGENTS BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO PROPERTY DAMAGE, PERSONAL INJURY, OR LOSS OF PROFITS ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THIS WEBSITE OR ANY PLUMBING SERVICES OBTAINED THROUGH OUR REFERRAL NETWORK.

WE ARE NOT A LICENSED CONTRACTOR AND DO NOT PERFORM PLUMBING SERVICES. WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR ANY ACTS, OMISSIONS, ERRORS, OR WORKMANSHIP OF THE INDEPENDENT CONTRACTORS MATCHED THROUGH OUR SERVICE.

IN NO EVENT WILL OUR TOTAL LIABILITY TO YOU FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICES EXCEED ONE HUNDRED U.S. DOLLARS (US $100.00). SOME JURISDICTIONS DO NOT ALLOW LIMITATIONS ON IMPLIED WARRANTIES, SO THESE LIMITATIONS MAY NOT FULLY APPLY TO YOU.

THE SERVICES AND ALL INFORMATION PRESENTED ON THIS SITE ARE PROVIDED ON AN "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" BASIS, WITHOUT ANY WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, WE DISCLAIM ALL WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
